Propel Gamer is an independent online retailer of video games. We try to offer competitive prices to our customers and focus on providing excellent levels of service to our customers.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product pricing is correct at the time of entering the information. Propel Gamer has a right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
All ‘in stock’ items are usually dispatched within 24 hours and orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Stock which is temporary unavailable, we make every effort to get the products available.
Your undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Losses caused as a direct result of inaccurate information (e.g. inaccurate address) remain your responsibility and risk. Please make sure when checking out you review your order carefully.
All Credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product brought by Propel Gamer. Please see the full details on Returns Policy

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions before ordering a product from Propel Gamer.
Propel Gamer shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect of goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Shopping with Propel Gamer
Propel Gamer offers FREE Delivery on all products within the United Kingdom and usually takes 3-5 working days. We send all games at first or second class ‘recorded delivery’.
Console orders and certain large accessories will be sent via courier service. All items will require a signature upon arrival.
Products that are ‘In Stock’ will be dispatched within 24 hours and orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched Monday morning. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery to alternative address – All products are sent to the default address which is classified as your ‘billing address’ which you have authorized payment using your credit/direct debit card. If using PayPal we do take responsibility to unverified addresses. If required to send product(s) to an alternative address we do require your first order to be sent to the billing address for the reason for security purposes. In some circumstances we do allow alternative address to be used, but addresses will be checked for security reasons.
Non-Deliveries – IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED, WE HAVE TO WAIT 10 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DESPATCH DATE BEFORE BEING ABLE TO TRACE. CHASE OR REPLACE ORDERS. Please email us the details of orders you believe to be missing when dispatch time has elapsed. With console orders should be delivered within 48 working hours.
Europe Delivery Policy
We ship all items except consoles to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia,Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
European order can take 3-10 days to arrive depending on the destination.
For non-deliveries to Europe we must wait 40 days from the expected date of arrival. This is due to the terms and conditions of Royal Mail who will investigate the issue. A form will be emailed to you for you to complete and send back to us. Please ensure that items require signiture on arrival.
Rest of the Word Delivery
We ship all items except consoles to the following countries:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, Russia and USA.
ROTW order can take 5-10 days to arrive depending on the desitination.
For non-deliveries to ROTW we must wait 40 days from the expected date of arrival. This is due to the terms and conditions of Royal Mail who will investigate the issue. A form will be emailed to you for you to complete and send back to us. Please ensure that items require signiture on arrival.
You may cancel your order at anytime before the product status is shown as ‘dispatched’. This can be located in ‘My Account’ section under ‘Orders Placed’. Once you have cancelled your order with us and email will be sent to you as the order being cancelled and payment will be refunded.
Returns Procedures - To return goods you must contact the Customer Service team via email. They will provide you with an authorization number, which will be emailed to you with which you must ensure the details are correct and state the reason for returning the item.
PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for the returning of any products delivered to you, unless in error then the item is considered as faulty.
Faulty Good/ Incorrect goods delivered – You have seven working days to contact us in an issue of faulty goods. We offer the best service for our customers so therefore products that are faulty are tested and offered replacement or full refund. In an issue of misuse no replacement or refund is available. As an issue of incorrect goods delivered please follow the returns procedure.
Unwanted Items: You have seven working days to contact us for unwanted products. All unwanted products must be sealed, unopened and unused to quality for a refund. Refunds will be issued at our discretion. All returns are checked and tested. If the return is found to be used and opened, then we are therefore unable to issue you a refund. Any goods that are refused remain your responsibility and if the goods are lost in the postal system, the full cost will remain your responsibility.
Console Returns: Game consoles must be returned entirely including games which are ordered with the console. All consoles serial numbers are recorded by Propel Gamer. These numbers must match in order for a console to qualify for a return/refund.
You can pre-order games (i.e order games before their release date) with Propel Gamer. We make sure games that are pre-ordered are shipped out in good time for its release date. We do advise customers to choose 'UK First Class delivery' or 'Next Day Delivery' on ‘checkout’ for release date delivery. Your card will be charged in full at time of order. You can cancel the pre-order at any time before the order is marked as ‘dispatched’, however this will incur a cancellation charge to cover our supply and administration costs (which could be upto 20% of the product price)

Voucher codes can only be used on video games, except of Limited/Collectors Edition, Consoles & Accessories - any person using a code will be refunded.

Where fraudulent transactions are identified we inform our Bank’s security team and report matters directly to the police. We offer our customers the best shopping experience with Propel Gamer and issues concerning fraud will be reduced in every possible effort. This is why all our deliveries are recorded and require a signature upon arrival.
Propel Gamer will respond to all emails within 24 hours within the working week. We do advise our customers to leave a telephone number when you email us and the reason you are contacting us. All emails and telephone conversations are recorded for security purposes.
